Dr. Suzie Moore


Suzie qualified as a dentist in 1997. Her hospital posts were followed by a PhD, completed in 2002, investigating associations between maternal periodontitis (gum disease) and adverse pregnancy outcome and has published and presented widely in this area of research. In addition, Suzie has teaching experience with undergraduate dental students, post-graduates and Dental Practitioners. Suzie has worked in dental practice at all stage of her career and is currently a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at King's Dental Institute in London and a Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Periodontics.

Dr. Sara Tabiat-Pour

Dr Sara Tabiat-Pour is a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust in London. She is the Restorative Lead for Oncology and Training Programme Director for South London Dental Core Trainees (DCTs). Alongside her clinical commitments Sara teaches postgraduates, DCTs and General Practitioners. She has spoken at dental conferences and written numerous scientific publications. Sara successfully completed her Restorative training at Guy's Hospital in 2012 as well as gaining a Distinction in Conservative Dentistry at Eastman Dental Institute in 2010.

Professor Robin Seymour


Qualified BDS Royal Dental Hospital, University of London, 1973. After a series of Hospital appointments, obtained FDS RCS (Edin) in 1977. Thereafter appointed to a lectureship in periodontology, Newcastle Dental Scholl. Obtained PhD (Newcastle University) in 1981 on the topic of analgesic efficacy in dentistry. Promoted to Senior Lecturer and Hon Consultant in Restorative Dentistry in 1983 and in 1990 was made a Reader in Dental Pharmacology. Appointed to the Chair in Restorative Dentistry in 1993 and served as Dean of Dentistry from 2002 to 2009. Professor Seymour was awarded a visiting Professorship, University of Otago in 2010 and he retired from his University position in December 2010. He is currently Emeritus Professor of Restorative Dentistry, Newcastle University and holds an Honorary Consultant contract in restorative dentistry with Newcastle Hospitals, NHS Trusts. His practice is now mainly medico-legal work and he also is a clinical expert for the General Dental Council. He is an advisor to the Advertising Standards Authority and British Dental Health Foundation as well as Clearcast.
