The Library Registration

The Library is our online clearance system designed to make the ad approval process straightforward and efficient. It’s where you submit scripts, rough cuts, and final TVCs (Television Commercials) for approval. It also keeps all messages and feedback in one place, so everything is easy to track.

For New Agencies or Companies


If you are a new agency or company that needs to get ads cleared with us, follow these steps to register:

To register your organisation:

1. Complete the Registration Form
A senior authorised person (e.g., Managing Director, Finance Director, Head of TV Admin) should fill this out.

2. Review and Accept User Terms
Tick the box to confirm you’ve read and agreed.

3. Designate Organisation Admins
These will manage your account, set up users, and oversee submissions.

Registration Fee: £300 + VAT

This one-time fee covers: This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to onboarding.

Already Registered?

If your organisation is already on The Library, contact your Organisation Admin for a login. If you’re unsure who that is, email help@clearcast.co.uk.
