Current Assignee

With the new clearance system moving into the library clearcast have removed the ‘return to clearcast’ action. This action has been replaced with ‘current assignee’ this will allows you to quickly see who is currently working on that material and who is responsible for it.

Select ‘Clearance view’ from within the materials tab then selecting ‘clearance processing from the drop down in the submission status will show all your active material in for clearance. You will also see who within clearcast who have taken control of that material.

Assigned to you

To quickly see what material are assigned to you.

Select Materials from the left.
Whoop from the ‘default view’ to the ‘Clearance view’
Select your name from the ‘current assignee’

Assign back to clearcast

This process is very simple and quick to achieve and there are two place where you can re-assign this back to your clearcast contact

Click any material and the ‘current assignee’ can be altered here

Also re-assignment can be actioned in the feedback tab. You can leave feedback and re-assign in one go.

You will also receive in-app notifications and emails when feedback has been left.
