You will need to download a Multi-Factor Authentication app – either via a mobile device, PC or Mac – as a separate security check when logging into the Library. Every Library user will need an individual MFA. Please make sure to log into your MFA account with the same email you are using for the Library.
You will need access to this app whenever you use the Library. Though you can ensure your main computer or device you use the Library from 'remembers' your log-in details, the Library will force a renewed log-in every 30 days or so. So please make sure to not delete your app or MFA account! (If you lose access to your MFA account or the device you access your MFA on, please let the helpdesk know.)
