Shows that you have created the material but you need to upload the video file to it. You will get an email notification if your material is 'stale,' where you have left a material without video file for a number of days. | |

Shows your video file has passed all QC and is ready to be sent to your copy exec for full clearance. This does not mean your material has been cleared, only that is has passed technical checks and is locked in. From this point the video cannot be changed, and any amendments to the video will require a new clock number and material. | |
